Jun's style paksiw na Salmon


Ingredients:

1      medium size salmon
1/4  cup vinegar
2      tbsp  slice ginger root
2      cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp  ground black pepper
1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
2    medium size tomatoes
2    tbsp  fish sauce
2    cups of water
2    tbsp   sesame oil
2    tbsp   cooking oi
1/4 tsp  cilantro

Procedure:

Boil water, add Salmon, apple cider vinegar, sliced ginger root, 
crushed garlic, ground black pepper, rosemary, tomato and fish sauce.
Cook for 5 mins and add fresh cilantro. Serve with fish sauce and steamed rice.
